The Court convened meetings of creditors to be held by telephone in respect of four linked schemes of arrangement (the 'Schemes'). In the context of the state of national lockdown then ongoing due to COVID-19, the applicants sought directions for the creditor meetings to be held remotely; the Court, in granting these directions, held that a scheme meeting does not need to take place in a physical location but can be held electronically.
