As a vital player in corporate insolvency cases, whether the system of insolvency administrators is well constructed or not will directly affect the progress and efficiency of the insolvency proceedings. The existing
system of bankruptcy administrators, relying on the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law 2006 which has been in force for more than seventeen years, is to some extent lagging behind in view of the general economic development. At the same time, it has also revealed some urgent problems to be solved in practice. Protecting the interests of creditors is the top priority of the bankruptcy procedure, so this paper aims to explore and analyse the deficiencies within the current bankruptcy administrator system.
