The Court struck out an application for an injunction to prevent a winding up petition on the basis that the solicitors purporting to act on behalf of the applicant company had not been properly instructed by the company. The solicitors’ instructions had come from only one of the two directors of the company, who alone did not have the authority to instruct solicitors on its behalf.
